Mary "Miss J" Juskalian

was born to Khosrof and Satenig (Movsesian) Juskalian. Educated in the Providence Public School System, Mary was a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and Columbia University, Teachers’ College. She was an extraordinary person who took advantage of the many opportunities provided to her, accomplishing many things along life’s path. True to her ethnicity, “Miss J.” shared her knowledge with young and old. As an educator, designer, and mentor, she touched many lives, both young and old.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Tuesday at 10:00 am in Sts. Sahag and Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, 70 Jefferson Street, Providence. Burial will take place in North Burial Ground, Providence, followed by a reception in the church hall. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. A memorial contribution to your favorite charity in her name would be appreciated.
