Mary G. (Tresca) Mantia

69, of Smithfield, passed away on Monday March 30, 2015 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence. She was the beloved wife of Paul Mantia. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Lucy (Zitano) Tresca. Mary was the captain of waitresses at the former 1025 Club of Providence for 10 years.
Besides her husband she was the devoted mother of Robyn Arocho of Peabody, MA and Gina Caprio of Smithfield; loving grandmother of Joseph Caprio and Raymond Arocho; loving great-grandmother of Joseph Caprio, Jr. She was the dear sister of the late Frances Sbraccia and sister in law of the late Louis Sbraccia.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory,1278 Park Ave. Cranston on Tuesday at 10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St. Cranston at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
