MARY "MARITZA" (AVAKIAN) MEZDURIAN
96, formerly of Cranston, passed away Monday, March 14, 2011. She was the wife of the late James Mezdurian and the late Edward S. Nersesian. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Armenag and Aznive (Messerlian) Avakian.
Maritza was the devoted mother of Edward S. Nersesian, Jr. and his wife Cheryl of North Providence and Nancy M. Trovini and her husband Mario of Hackensack, NJ. She was the dear sister of the late Charles, Jacob and George Avakian.
Her funeral and burial will be private.
