Mary L. (Forsberg) Verduchi

71, of Chepachet, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late John F. Verduchi. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Charles K. and Louise (Petraca) Forsberg. Mary enjoyed cooking, crossword puzzles, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her loving daughters, Rena A. Dromey and her husband Martin of Weeki Wachee, FL and Deanne M. Young and her husband Raymond C. of Glocester. She was the former mother-in-law of Lee Palmieri Sr. of Foster. Mary was the cherished grandmother of Krista L. Palmieri and Nate Lafrenais, Lee P. Palmieri, Jr., Ann Marie C. Young and Matthew Scialo, Raymond J. Young, and the great-grandmother of Alexis. She was the sister of Shirley Ann King of Warwick, and Donald Forsberg of South Carolina. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
