MAURICE 'MO' J. GENDRON

84, of North Kingstown and formerly of Coventry, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2013 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Lorraine (Maynard) Gendron. Born in West Warwick, he was the son of the late Lorenzo and Yvonne (Forcier) Gendron. He was employed by Unocal Corporation for many years and was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran. He was a member of AARP. Mo treasured his family above all else and was a devoted husband, father, brother and Pepere. His optimism and sense of humor brightened the lives of all who knew him. He will be greatly missed. He was the devoted father of Michael G. Gendron and his wife Gail of North Kingstown, David M. Gendron and his wife JoAnn of Coventry and Kathleen J. Sullivan and her husband Timothy; loving grandfather of Scott Gendron, Kelly Gendron, Adam Gendron, Zachary Sullivan, Molly Sullivan, Benjamin Sullivan and the late Jared Gendron; loving great grandfather of Jared Gendron; and dear brother of Robert Gendron of Coventry and the late Claire Maynard, Florent Gendron, Montcalm Gendron and Doris Beauregard. Funeral from the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory-SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Rd. (Rt.1A) Narragansett on Wednesday, September 11th at 10 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Veronica Chapel, 1035 Boston Neck Rd., Narragansett at 11 a.m. Burial with military honors will be at RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
