85, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 9, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Delia A. (Squillace) Cinieri. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Thomas and Grace (Leone) Cinieri. Michael was a foreman and tool setter for the former Clark & Coombs Jewelry Company, Providence for thirty-nine years before retiring in 1994. He was an avid swimmer and a member of the Cranston YMCA. Michael enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He loved the beach, traveling, sports, especially the Red Sox and Patriots. Besides his wife he is survived by his loving daughters, Doreen A. Daniels and her husband Steven of Cranston, and Lois Brooks and her husband Dr. Glen Brooks of Longmeadow, MA. He was the cherished grandfather of Lauren Bedard, Nathan, Sara, and Noah Brooks, and Nicholas Daniels. He was the brother of the late Grace D'Antico, Rose Giarusso, Luco, Manuel, and Joseph Cinieri. Michael is also survived by his brother-in-law John Vartebedian of Cranston, his childhood friend and buddy in life. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
