Michael Marandola, Jr.

91, of Coventry, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2017. He was the beloved husband of the late Dora (Verrengia) Marandola. Michael was the companion of Rita for several years. Born in Johnston, he was a son of the late Michele Marandola Sr., and Virginia (Macera) Marandola. Mr. Marandola was the co-owner of MiCarl Jewelry and he was a US army veteran serving in the European Theater during WWII.

Michael is survived by his two loving children Carlo Marandola and his wife Lori of Union KY and Michael Marandola and his wife Linda of Vero Beach, FL. He was the cherished grandfather of Kimberly Marandola, Michelle Marandola, Tommy Marandola, Amy Anderson, Michael Swiencki and the late Kathleen Marandola. Michael was the great-grandfather of Amber Lynn, Zoe, Logan and Aidan. He was the brother of the late Anna Matano and Anthony Marandola. Michael was the uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Home Service on Thursday, June 29th, at 12:00 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Burial will be private.
