Nancy I. (Martineau) Sullivan

74, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Edward Sullivan. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late William and Grace (Waters) Martineau. Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving children, Nancy Lynne Sullivan and her husband Lucio Beneduce, Robin E. Sullivan, Edward J. Sullivan, Patricia Drummond and her husband James, and William Sullivan; cherished grandchildren, Raymond M. Sullivan, Jasmyn E. Sullivan and Louis G. Faiola, Jr.; dear sister of Charles Martineau, Judith Carcia, Jaqueline Martineau, Peter Martineau, and the late William and James Martineau. Nancy was a Registered Nurse at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence for 25 years until her retirement. She was also a member of the Woodridge Congregational United Church of Christ in Cranston. She was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and loved to crochet beautiful afghans for her friends and family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life service on Monday at 10:00 am in the Woodridge Congregational United Church of Christ, 546 Budlong Road, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Sunday 4-8 pm private for family. Burial will take place in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: The Nina Foundation, P.O.
