Norma L. (Greco) Conti

84, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis J. Conti. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late John and Lillian (Polselli) Greco.

Norma was an avid golfer and a member of the Alpine Country Club for many years. She also had a strong passion for gardening and was well known for it. She sang in the choir at both St. Mary’s Church in Cranston and Assumption Church in Providence. Above all, she loved her family and the time they spent together.

She is survived by her loving children, Richard Conti of Pompano Beach, FL, Barbara Placido of Cranston, Thomas Conti of Cranston and the late Nancy Moretti; cherished grandchildren, James Moretti, Nicole Moretti, Christopher Placido and Danielle Placido. She was the dear sister of the late Robert Greco and Lila Robinson.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Wednesday at 9:00 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 – 8:00 pm.
