92, of Cranston, returned home to the Father on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025. .
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Edna (Ondis) Iannuccilli. Norma was the beloved wife of the late Edward L Rodi with whom she was married 56 years.
She was predeceased four months ago, by her dear brother, Louis Iannuccilli, and is survived by her four loving children, Edward A. Rodi and his wife Cecelia (Cookie), Steven L. Rodi and his wife Elizabeth, Linda A. (Rodi) Hardiman and her husband Jeffrey and Glenn J. Rodi and his companion Robin Glancy, all from Cranston.
Norma was blessed with six grandchildren, Steven, Adam, and Eddie Rodi, Christiana (Rodi) Caprarelli, and Jack and Sarah Hardiman. She also leaves four great grandchildren, Vinny and Nico Caprarelli, and Adam and Matthew Rodi.
Norma’s life centered around her faith and her family. She was a devoted member of St. Ann’s Church and a founding member of Holy Apostles Church, both in Cranston. She found joy in reciting her rosary daily, and was devoted to her parish through numerous acts of service.
She was the heart of the home, the soul of every family gathering, and the keeper of recipes passed down through generations. From her homemade meatballs to her Sunday “gravy” that simmered all day, Norma nourished not just stomachs, but spirits. She enjoyed listening and dancing to Italian music with her grandchildren, and her table was always full of food, stories, laughter and love. She taught her family the value of hard work and kindness. Norma will always be remembered for her contagious smile and positive presence that brought light to many lives. Her caring heart will be deeply missed by all.
Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 8:45am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Road, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Monday from 4-7pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Apostles Memorial Society.
