86, passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2026.
Born in Providence, Norman attended St. Theresa’s School, La Salle Academy and Providence College. He spent much of his corporate career with Fram Corporation and later co-owned two Meineke Muffler shops and Mighty Distributing, an automotive parts warehouse.
Norman enjoyed golfing, playing bocce, working on home projects and spending time with family and friends. He had a strong interest in politics and history and closely followed the news.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Joyce Marzilli Querceto; his daughters, Jennifer and Jill Querceto; his son-in-law, Jim McCarthy; his grandson, James McInnis; his brother-in-law, Dr. Robert Marzilli; his niece, Marissa Daly and her husband, Matt; his grandnieces, Mia, Madelyn, Mackenzie and Molly; and his beloved dog, Penelope.
Norman will be remembered as a devoted husband and father, a great friend, and a kind and honorable man. He never wanted anyone to fuss over him and found happiness in the simple things in life.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 10:00 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in Holy Apostles Church, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday morning from 9:00 - 10:00 am.
