Patricia L. (Goff) Branca

64. of West Warwick formerly of Providence, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, August 25, 2017, at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Peter J. Branca. Born in Attleboro, MA she was a daughter of the late William F. and Thelma (Washington) Goff. Patricia was a member of the Mended Hearts of RI, and was a long standing member of St. Paul’s Church, Cranston.

The Branca family lost their beloved matriarch. She guided her family both spiritually and emotionally. Patricia showed the family how to both love and be loved. Her family will miss her but are at peace knowing that she has now been reunited in heaven with her beloved husband in the Kingdom of God.

Patricia is survived by her loving children, Virginia E. Fortunato and her husband Matthew of Wayne, NJ, Rebecca L. Resinger and her husband Matthew of Richmond, Joseph W. Branca of West Warwick. She was the cherished grandmother of Christian Resinger, Luca Fortunato, Brandon Resinger, and Grace Branca. She was the sister of Martha E. Henderson of Warwick, and the late William F. Goff, Jr. Patricia was the aunt of Jesse Henderson and his wife Barbara, Kimberly Henderson, Vanessa Henderson, and Teresa Henderson.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St Joseph Church, 854 Providence Street, West Warwick. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
