Patricia J. Castrataro

Patricia J. “Pat” (Bingaman) Castrataro, 74, of Cranston passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023, with her family by her side. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Rose (Bingaman) Piccirilli. She was the beloved wife of 52 years of Nicandro Castrataro.

Pat was a Baker for numerous years at Stop and Shop. She was a sweet, kind lady and had a great sense of humor. She enjoyed cooking, her word searches, and trips to the Casino with her husband. There wasn’t a crime show that she didn’t love to watch, and if she wasn’t watching those, she was watching a cooking show to help hone her cooking skills. Her greatest joy was spending time with her beloved family, including her four grandsons.

Beside her husband she is survived by her beloved daughter Nicole Watts and her husband Brian. She was the devoted grandmother of Kendall, Eric, Lex, and Donovan Watts. She was the cherished sister of Lucille Messier, and her late husband Ernest.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday January 4, 2024, at 10:00 am at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Burial will be immediately following at St. Ann’s Cemetery. VISITING HOURS will be held Wednesday from 5:00 – 8:00 pm.
