Patricia “Pat” Ann (Scorpio) Forte, 83, of Cranston, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025, following a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of the late William Forte, Sr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Giustina (Lonardo) Scorpio.
She is survived by her three sons: William Forte Jr. and his wife Robyn of Exeter, David Forte and his wife Dawn of Warwick and Gregory Forte and his wife Josephine of Scituate. She was devoted to her seven grandchildren, Ryan (Paige), Matthew (Vanessa), Jaime, David, Douglas, Makayla and Serena. She was blessed with three great-grandchildren Lea, Remy and Sienna. She was the sister of Jean A. DiFusco (Richard).
Pat was loved by all who knew her. She had a big heart and was selfless in her life. She was generous and compassionate and often put the needs of others before her own. Her late husband Bill was the love of her life having met him in junior high school. Pat was a fantastic cook, always making an abundance of food that filled her table. Over the years, Pat cared for not only family members, but her friends and neighbors as well. Her home was the gathering place for all family celebrations. Family was the most important thing to her. She was a devoted parishioner at Immaculate Conception Church and was a supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She will be missed by many.
Her funeral will leave at 9:00 am on Friday May 30, 2025, from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Immaculate Conception Church at 10:00 am. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be Thursday from 4:00 -7:00pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 (donors@stjude.org).
