Paul E. Arcand

86, of Johnston passed away on December 24, 2020 at his home in Johnston. He was born in Providence , a son of the late Joseph and Yvonne (Lussier) Arcand. Paul was a former Diplomat serving in the US Foreign Service; he frequently travelled the world bringing back unique items to show his children and grandchildren. Paul was also a US Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his son, Kenneth Paul Arcand (Mary) of Virginia, grandchildren, Danielle Williams Pham (Michael) , Jacob Paul Smith, Nichole Lee Arcand and Amanda Michele Fulmore (Justin) ; and four great-grandchildren. Paul was also the father of the late John Joseph Arcand, Michele Althea Arcand and brother of the late Jeanne Phillips, Joseph, Raymond, Edmond and Jean "John" Arcand.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, January 5th at 10:30 am in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Johnston. SEATING WILL BE LIMITED (Max 75 people). Masks are required and social distancing will be observed. His burial with military honors will be private.
