Peter Boscio

Formerly of Vinton Street, passed away Sunday, September 11th. He was the husband of the late Lucy C. (Borrasi) Boscio. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Pietro Boscio and Antonia (DiNuccio) Boscio.

Peter worked for Coro Manufacturing Company and RJ Manufacturing Company in costume jewelry production. He was a talented artist and loved making wooden toys for his grandchildren when they were younger.

He is survived by his loving children, Peter R. Boscio and his wife Karen of Smithfield, and Catherine A. Petrarca and her husband Patrick of Cumberland; cherished grandchildren Jenna, Michael, Nicholas, Alexander and Cameron; brother of the late Angelina Boscio, Sabatina DiMario, and Josephine Boscio.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 10 am in Our Lady of Grace Church, 15 George Waterman Rd., Johnston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
