Peter B. Pecoraro, Sr., D.D.S
83, of Cranston, passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Kent Hospital, Warwick. He was the beloved husband of Lucia (Campopiano) Pecoraro. They were married for the past 54 years. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Peter and Elvira (Lonardo) Pecoraro. Peter was a Dentist for over 50 years in Coventry. Peter was a graduate of Classical High School, Providence College and Maryland Dental School; and was an avid golfer and member of the Quidnessett Country Club for many years.
Besides his wife he is survived by his loving children, Peter B. Pecoraro, Jr and his wife Elaine of MA and Andrea Blessing and her husband George of Cranston. He was also the cherished grandfather of Tessa, William, Colin and dear brother of Carmella Pecoraro of Cranston and the late Olga Torvi.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday morning from 10 am -11 am, followed by a Funeral Service at 11 am in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Burial will be private.
