Peter T. McCaffrey

59, of Providence, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at RI Hospital. He was the husband of Paula (Cole) McCaffrey. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Thomas P. and Grace V. (Rathbun) McCaffrey. Peter was a machinist at Mahr Federal Products since 1992. Besides his wife, he is survived by his son Jon-Paul McCaffrey of Providence. Peter was the brother of Elmer McCaffrey and his wife Suezette of Providence, Steven McCaffrey of East Greenwich, Colleen Gainey and her husband Robert of West Warwick, Scott McCaffrey and his wife Sandra of Cranston, Philip McCaffrey and his wife Janet of Walpole, MA, his many nieces and nephews and the late Thomas J. McCaffrey. His funeral service will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 10 a.m. VISITING HOURS are Wednesday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
