Philip T. Fazioli

87, of Steere Ave., North Providence, passed away on February 3, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Nancy (Grandolfo) Fazioli. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Theodore and Amelia (Cretella) Fazioli. Mr. Fazioli worked for the State of RI Department of Employment Security; he was also an Air Force Korean War veteran.

Besides his wife he is survived by his loving children, Corinne Lang of Scituate, Dorothy Henry of North Providence and Ted Fazioli of Salem, NH. He was also the cherished grandfather of 8.

His funeral will be held on Friday at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Mary’s Church, Broadway, Providence. Burial will take place in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Thursday 6-8 pm.
