Phyllis M. (Iannelli) Brown

of Burnt Hill Rd., Hope, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of Richard G. Brown.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Filomena (Marandola) Iannelli.

She was office manager for her family’s excavating business, Richard G. Brown, Inc.  Phyllis was the happiest sharing her life with her devoted husband of 56 years Richard, four wonderful children, her ten cherished grandchildren and her dog Josie; and was blessed to have many family and friends in her life.  She enjoyed gardening, painting, cooking and entertaining; and was a member of the American Wine Society.

Besides her husband, Phyllis was the devoted mother of Richard Brown Jr., Robyn Agrela, Brian Brown and Kristen Verducci, all of Hope; loving grandmother of Richard, Ashlin, Nicholas, Alexis, Luciano, Brian, Talia, Alysha, Alyssa and Giovanni; and dear sister of Lorraine Carlino of Johnston, Patricia Iannelli and George Iannelli, both of Cranston.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Thursday, November 30th at 8:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Rd., Cranston at 10 a.m.  Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
