72, of Cranston passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 1, 2026, with his loved ones by his side. He was the beloved companion of Ruby Williams for over 40 years whom he adored. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Raymond Capotosto Sr and Dorothea (Lostocco) Capotosto.
Raymond was a graduate of Bryant College with a BS in Business Administration. His commitment to excellence and his professionalism earned the respect of colleagues throughout his many decades of service in the banking industry and the RIDE community.
Once retired, he spent his days with Ruby and her children, playing golf with his childhood friends, loving trips to the beach and always watching his favorite sports teams.
Ray leaves a loving Aunt Anita (Lostocco) Bianco, Uncle John Bianco of Cranston, Aunt Louise Capotosto of East Greenwich along with many loving cousins and friends. Raymond will be remembered for his steady presence and the deep love he had for his family and friends. Leaving behind a legacy of kindness and quiet strength.
His funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 10th, at 10:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by his Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary Church, Cranston. Burial will be held in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Monday from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
