Raymond Ciano

97, of Cranston passed away on Saturday December 10, 2016 at RI Hospital in Providence. He was the husband of the late Tina (DeStefanis) Ciano. Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Giuseppe and Maria Civita (DiRusso) Ciano.

Raymond worked for the Cranston School Department for 12 years before retiring.

He was the father of Rayna Ciano of Cranston; and brother of Louise F. Erickson of Lincoln and the late Philomena DeSimone, Mary Miele, Frank Ciano, Celia Checrallah, Sue Petricig and Salvatore Ciano.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston on Thursday at 10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church 1525 Cranston St. Cranston at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are Thursday morning from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
