Raymond Pellegrino

90, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015 at R.I. Hospital. He was the husband of the late Eileen ( Berarducci ) Pellegrino. He was born in Providence a son of the late Vincenzo and Mary ( Fazzi ) Pellegrino. Mr. Pellegrino was an electrical contactor and was the owner and operator of Raymond Electric Co. of No. Providence until his retirement. He was an avid boater and enjoyed summering on Block Island. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving during WW II. He is survived by his children; Mari Capuano and her husband Joseph of Johnston, Raymond Pellegrino and his wife Mary, Stephanie Capraro and her husband Christopher and Suzanne Pellegrino, all of No. Providence. He was the grandfather of Cassandra, Alexandra, Jerald and Angelika. He was predeceased by his siblings Amalia LaLime, Evelyn Capozzoli, Eleanor Pieri, Marie Giannotti, Vincent and Josephine Pellegrino. His funeral will be held on Friday at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 64 Brayton Ave., Providence at 10am. Burial, with military honors, will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Thursday 3-8pm.
