Raymond J. Richard

87, of Johnston passed away Monday December 26, 2022.  He was the husband of the late Anna B. (Cantone) Richard.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Theodore and Anna (Tyczskowski) Richard.

Ray was the owner of the former A/R Data of Johnston for many years until his retirement and previously was the owner of the former Richard’s TV, Johnston.

He was a United States Army Veteran serving in the Korean War and a member of the Alpine Country Club.

He was the father of Raymond Richard Jr. and his wife Trish of Saunderstown, Kathy Surtel and her husband Mark of Johnston and the late Barbara Ann Richard; grandfather of David Rotondo and his wife Becky, DaeLyn Pietros, Brian and Aimee Quigley, Mark and Ericka Surtel Jr. and Alexis Surtel; great grandfather of Ariah and Aidrik Pietros, Ella, Aster and Rowen Quigley, Scarlett and Jax Surtel; brother of Leonard Richard of FL and the late Theodore Richard and Sister Ann Richard.

His funeral arrangements will be private.
