Renee D. LaFazia

46, of North Providence, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Stephen LaFazia and Donna (Ledoux) LaFazia.

Renee worked as a CNA for HopeHealth Hospice for 17 years.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her loving siblings Lisa LaFazia of New Jersey, Joseph LaFazia of Providence, and Brittney Jensen of Florida.  She also leaves many cherished nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon followed by a Funeral Service at 12:00 noon in the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.  Inurnment will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
