of Pawtucket (but tried and true Cranstonian), passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, December 18, 2025. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late John and Angelina (Santurri) Fabrizio and brother of the late John A. Fabrizio Jr.
Richard was the devoted and loving father of Courtney F. Hoyle and her husband Michael of Pawtucket; fun-loving grandfather (Beba) of Judah, Simon and Nico Hoyle; uncle, cousin and the best friend to a core group of folks who were his chosen family.
Richard’s years on this earth were filled with baseball, a plethora of cars, friends, family, travel and more baseball - go Yanks! He spent many years as a barber in Warwick, RI, forming lasting relationships with his valued clientele. Richard was a U.S. Army veteran.
Richard spent his final “good” days with his grandchildren watching movies, baseball games and baseball highlights; attending the ballet and little league games- cheering as loudly as he could muster. He is deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
