RITA BETTY WEISS

92, of Wakefield, died on Saturday, September 21, 2013. She was the beloved wife of the late Ted Weiss. They were married for 63 years. She moved to Rhode Island in 2010 after spending the majority of her life in Southern California. Brightview Commons in Wakefield became her second family. We thank them very much for their love and care. Betty is survived by her daughters, Nancy Webb of Golden, CO, Shirley Freitag of Narragansett, RI, Bonnie Carpe of Creswell, OR, and Debra Edgerley of Redmond, OR ; 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces and 2 nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Animal Protection Association of your choice or to Alzheimer's research.
