Robert H. Danis, Sr.

77 of Warwick passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday May 26, 2018,  He was the beloved husband of
Pamela (Ricci) Danis.  Robert was born in Fall River, Massachusettes and was the son of the late Leopold and Marie (Gendreau) Danis.  Mr. Danis was employed att Brown and Sharpe and Electric Boat for many years until his retirement.  Robert was also a Navy Veteran and a member of the Masonic Lodge Adelphoie No. 33, Riverside, Rhode Island.  Besides his wife he is survived by his children Robert H. Danis Jr. of FL, Keith Danis of FL, Kevin Danis of MA, Heather Boccanfuso of Cranston and Heidi Fritsche Of Coventry. Robert was also the grandfather of 7 and a godfather to
Michael James Paton of Johnston.
Robert enjoyed playing and teaching demands to his beloved cat Gracie.  Robert took great pride in everything he did especially making sure his home and land were always well kept.  He was a proud, kind and generous man who  enjoyed taking walks on the beach with his wife Pamela as they so often did.
His funeral will be held on Friday at 9:00 AM  from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Rocco's Church, Johnston. Burial with military honors will be held in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS:THURSDAY 5-8PM.
