90, of Cranston, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2016 at home. He was the beloved husband of the late Suzanne "Anahid" (Papazian) Najarian. Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Malkon and Pyloon (Kalunian) Najarian.
Mr. Najarian was the owner of the former Stadium Florist in Cranston from 1947 to 1967 and started a new career in 1967 as a stockbroker with Brown, Lisle and Marshall retiring in 1995. He enjoyed following his son's sports career, playing golf, bridge and investments. Bob had many friends from all walks of life and enjoyed all of them.
He was the devoted father of Pauline S. Goodman and her husband Gerald of East Greenwich and Malcolm R. Najarian of Cranston; dear brother of the late Anna Jobe; and loving uncle of Dana Jobe of CA, Kenneth Jobe of ME, Mark Jobe of MA and Bernard Papazian of Toulouse, France. The family would like to thank Bob's caregivers Ana and Neisha for all their help.
His funeral will be held on Monday, January 25th at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Funeral Service in the Armenian Evangelical Church, Cranston at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Grace Church Cemetery, Providence. VISITING HOURS are MONDAY MORNING from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
