Robert Viccione, Sr.

74, of Warwick, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the Miriam Hospital in Providence.  Born in Providence he was the son of the late Alberico and Gilda (Massarone) Viccione.

Robert worked as an electronic engineer for the Unisys Company for many years before retirement.  He was an avid New York Yankees, Boston Bruins and Miami Dolphins fan.  He also was very passionate about his gardening.

He is survived by his children, Robert Viccione, Jr of New Mexico and Sherrylynn Cotter and her husband William of Hope Valley, RI and grandchildren Derek and Alexandra Warner.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Thursday at 10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Wednesday 4 – 8 p.m.
