Roberto Muñoz

71, of Cranston, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, May 18, 2025. Born in Cordoba, Argentina, he was the son of the late Ricardo and Blanca O. (Salguero) Muñoz.

Throughout his life, Roberto was known for his vibrant spirit and passion for the world around him. His love for soccer was unwavering; he found joy in both playing and watching the game, often cherishing moments spent on the field with friends and family as well as cheering for his favorite teams. Roberto had a profound appreciation for nature, and he enjoyed being outdoors. He possessed a unique talent for capturing the beauty of the skies, particularly the clouds.

Roberto is survived by his loving children, Danielle Muñoz of St. Cloud, FL, Robert A. Muñoz and his girlfriend Natalia Betancourt of Cranston, and Daniel Muñoz and his wife Sarah of Waterford, CT. He was the cherished grandfather of Arabella R. Muñoz, Diana R. Muñoz, Kai A. Muñoz, and Daniel Muñoz, Jr. He was the brother of Ricardo Muñoz Jr., of Queens, NY, and the late Luis Alberto Muñoz.
