Ronald D. Grimaldi

Ronald “Ron” Grimaldi passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family. Ron lived a quiet and humble life, defined by his deep love for his family and the steady presence he offered to those closest to him. Family was always at the center of his world, and nothing meant more to him than the people he loved. Ron was predeceased by his beloved parents, Domenic and Angela Grimaldi and his brother Robert Grimaldi.

He leaves behind the love of his life, his beloved wife, Francine Grimaldi; his daughters, Christine Grimaldi Field and her husband, Tom; Cara Cataldo and her husband, Joseph; and Cassandra Giusti Grimaldi. Ron was a proud and loving grandfather. His grandchildren were truly the lights of his life: Robert Guitard, Nicholas Cataldo, Domenic Grimaldi, Olivia Giusti, Adrianna Giusti, Chase Ronald Grimaldi Field, Angela Field, Christopher Giusti, and Luke Field. He loved them deeply, took immense pride in each of them, and treasured every moment he was able to spend with them.

Ron loved muscle cars, karaoke, and a good home cooked meal, but he enjoyed each of those things most when they were shared with the people he loved. Some of his happiest moments were spent gathered around a table, enjoying good food, laughter, and the company of family. Ron was also a man of deep faith in God. His faith was a source of strength throughout his life and remained steadfast through his illness. He trusted in God and always found comfort in prayer. His family finds peace in knowing that the faith he held so deeply carried him home.

Funeral from the Nardolillo Funeral Home and Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Wednesday September 30, 2026 at 10:00 am followed a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 11:00 am.  Burial will be in St.  Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting Hours will be Tuesday September 29, 2026 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm . In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ReFocus 45 Greeley St, Providence, RI.
