Ronald W. Lempitsky

69, of Cranston, passed away on Tuesday June 16, 2015 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence. He was the beloved husband of Rosemary (Petrangelo) Lempitsky. Born in Providence, he was the son of Marion (Desper) Verdecchia of Providence and the late Salvatore Verdecchia. Ronald was a maintenance man for Contech Medical of Providence before retiring previously he worked for the State of RI as a maintenance man for many years. Besides his wife he was the devoted father of Ronald Lempitsky Jr., Cynthia Lempitsky, Michael Campagna, Christina Murphy and Randy Lempitsky; loving grandfather of ten and loving great-grandfather of four. He was the dear brother of Richard Lempitsky, Salvatore Verdecchia, Jr., John Fulton, Donna Fennelly, Marion Rowan and Brenda Rezendez.
His funeral service will be held on Friday June 19th at 7 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
