Rose Serapi (Azarian) Keshigian

of North Kingstown, formerly of North Providence, Johnston and Ft. Lauderdale, FL, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017.   She was the beloved wife for 61 years of the late Tsolag “Sal” Keshigian.  Born in Watertown, MA, she was the daughter of the late Mihran Azarian and the late Aroxy (Kouyoumjian) Keropian.  She was the step-daughter of the late Krikor Vartanian and John Keropian.

Rose was an Accounts Payable Specialist for the former RI Hospital Trust Bank for over 20 years before retiring.

She was the loving mother of Michael Keshigian and his wife Monica of Londonderry, NH, Robert Keshigian and his wife Deborah of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Marie Marcotte and her husband Gary of North Kingstown, RI; cherished grandmother of Marisa, Michael and Kyle Keshigian, Ashley Thomas and her husband Randy, Danielle Marcotte and Gregory Marcotte and his wife Christyn; loving great-grandmother of Juliana, Stella, Izzabel, Cullen and Tinsley; and dear sister of Nora Ohannesian of Milford, MA, Jack Vartanian of Mashpee, MA and the late Grace Bogoian.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, September 7th at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME& Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Funeral Service in Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, Providence at 11 a.m. Burial will be at North Burial Ground, Providence.  VISITING HOURS are THURSDAY MORNING from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
