Roy H. Cahill
84, of Cranston, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the Kent Regency Center in Warwick. He was the beloved husband of Marie (Bessacini) Cahill for 59 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Harry and Florence (Bufton) Cahill.
Roy worked as a transvan driver for City of Cranston until his retirement. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving son, Stephen M. Cahill and his wife Gloria of Cranston, grandson Christopher Cahill and his wife Hope of Johnston, step grandchildren Sarah and Antonia DelSanto, great grandchildren Nolan and Katelyn Cahill, Madison Etchells.
His funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Burial with Military Honors will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISTING HOURS will be Monday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Kindly omit flowers.
