Ruth E. (Hardy) Baumann
90, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Cortland Place in Greenville. She was the beloved wife of the late Augustus Baumann, Jr. Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of the late William and Zetta (Tillson) Hardy.
Ruth worked as an assembler for the former General Electric Wiring Device Company in Providence for many years until her retirement. She was a member of the Cranston Senior Center and the Harris House Tenants Association.
She is survived by her loving sisters, Mary Liberty of Johnston, Miriam Larson of Foster, Elsie Sabitoni of Cranston, and sister-in-law Helen Hardy of Fall River, MA. She was the sister of the late Shirley Tuirok, Horace Hardy, William Hardy, and Raymond Hardy.
Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Burial will be private. VISITING HOURS will be Tuesday morning from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
