Sadie (Lisi) Cardillo
94, of Johnston, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2016 at Roger Williams Hospital. She was the wife of Rito L. Cardillo. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Marietta (D'Agostino) Lisi.
Sadie was a devoted parishioner of Holy Cross Church and the Johnston Senior Center. She loved cooking for her entire family and also delivered for Meals on Wheels, which she was very passionate about.
She is survived by her loving children, Joseph Cardillo and his wife Sandra of Cranston, Louis Cardillo and his wife Janet of North Providence, and Karen Paquin and her late husband Peter of Johnston; cherished grandchildren Patrina, Peter, Michael, Laura, David, Joseph, Paul and Gary; great-grandchildren Ronald, Matthew, Mason, Nadilyn, Katelin, Milani, Jonathan; dear sister of Evelyn Palazzo and the late Louis Lupo, Frank, Joseph, Anthony, Raymond Lisi, and Mary Caracia.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Saturday at 10:00 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in Holy Cross Church, Providence. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held on Friday from 4 - 7 pm.
