Salim "Sam" G. Khoury

of Audubon St., Johnston, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at RI Hospital in Providence. He was the beloved husband of Barbara R. (DiPrete) Khoury. Born in Lebanon, the son of the late Gabriel and Martha (Anthony) Khoury, he came to the U.S. in in 1936.

Sam was a mold maker in the jewelry industry for many years.

Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of Salim G. Khoury, Jr. of Greenville, Noell C. Woolley and her husband John of Johnston, Alisa M. Moretti of Cranston, Kenneth N. Khoury and his wife Michele of Johnston and Christian C. Khoury of Johnston; cherished grandfather of Salim III, Joyce, John, Cory, Brandon, Gabrielle, Sydney, Ava, Christian Jr. and Miranda; and loving great-grandfather of Juliana and Jacob.

His funeral will be held on Friday, February 16th at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. George Maronite Catholic Church, 1493 Cranston St., Cranston at 11 a.m., followed by burial at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are Friday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
