Samantha M. Boutin

30 of Warwick passed away Tuesday May 3, 2022 at Kent Hospital in Warwick. Born in Providence she was the beloved daughter of John R. Boutin and Sherry L. (Brien) Boutin. Samantha was a receptionist at Wood River Health Services.

Besides her parents she was the devoted mother of Amaya Boutin; and she was the dear sister of Bobby Bryan and Christopher Boutin.

Her funeral service will be held on Saturday May 14, 2022 at 10 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston.

Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Visiting Hours are Friday May 13, 2022 from 4 pm to 7 pm.
