Sandra F. (Mattia) Pitassi

67, of Florida (formerly of Cranston) passed away on Thursday November 6, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Angelo A. Pitassi. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rita (Caraccia) Mattia. She was loved by all and touched many with her friendship and compassion.
Besides her husband she was the devoted mother of Angelo A. Pitassi, Jr. and his wife Denise of Cranston and the late Alycia Pitassi- Tigges; loving grandmother of Cory and Angelo III.
She was the dear sister of Joseph Mattia of Ohio and Edward Mattia of Wyoming and the late Emelio Mattia.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church, Cranston, followed by burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
