Sandra J. (Syintsakos) Roy
72, of Simmonsville Ave., Johnston, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence. She was the beloved wife of Ronald J. Roy. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late George and Antonetta "Etta" (Cresci) Syintsakos.
Sandra was a mold maker at Acushnet Golf Plant in New Bedford, MA for 15 years before retiring.
Besides her husband, she was the devoted mother of Albert F. Sionni of Cranston; loving grandmother of Dale A. Sionni of East Providence and dear sister of the late Elaine J. Syintsakos.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, September 19th at 11 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, 1 Knight St., Providence.
Burial will be private.
Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
