SILVANA (TARTARI) CELANI

86, of Providence, passed away on Monday, November 11, 2013 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Leonard Celani. Born in Rome, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Amilcare and Maria Tartari. Silvana had a passion for all animals, especially her cat Angelo. She is survived by her loving children, Helen Baffoni and her husband Raymond of Smithfield, and Mario Celani of Smithfield; her grandchildren, Michelle and Michael Baffoni, Laura Petrone and her husband John, Christopher Celani and his wife Carla, and Crystal Celani; her great-grandchildren, Giovanni, Leonardo, and Antonio. She was predeceased by her great grandson Domenic and her brother Mario Tartari. Her funeral arrangements will be private.
