Sona Arzoomanian

SONA ARZOOMANIAN, 76, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday March 29, 2023.  Born in Baytown, Texas, she was the cherished daughter of the late John and Roxanne (Karibian) Arzoomanian; and loving sister of Greg Arzoomanian of Providence.

Sona was a graduate of Cranston High School West and Rockford College in Illinois and taught second grade at Fogarty Elementary School in Chepachet, RI for 34 years. She also volunteered in a number of organizations, including NEARI Gingerbread Express and Providence City
Year.  She was a longtime member of Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic
Church and served multiple terms on the Board of Trustees.

VISITING HOURS are Tuesday Morning, April 4th from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in Sts. Vartanantz Church, followed by a Funeral Service at 11 a.m.  Inurnment will take place at a later date.
