91, of Cranston, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at Little Sisters of the Poor-Jeanne Jugan Residence. She married the late Richard "Dick" Bio on April 25, 1953. They lived in the Cranston Stadium area for over 40 years. Born in Providence on April 14, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Lidia (Salvati) Pazienza. She lived in Pittsburg, PA until 1935. Mrs. Bio worked as a baker for Frisbee Pies and The Great House. She also worked as a solderer in Uncas Jewelry Manufacturing, retired from Bar-Tan Manufacturing, Co. Stella enjoyed cooking and baking for her family, yardwork, and walking her dog Tito. Stella is survived by her loving children, Richard S. Bio and his wife Janet of Cranston, and Pamela L. Goodness and her husband Dr. Lee Goodness of Smithfield. She was a sister of Dolores Cinquanta of Cranston, Theresa Rotondo of Cranston, Stephen Pazienza of Warwick, and the late Anna Gumula and Lidia Macari. She was the cherished grandmother of Alexandria Nicole Bio and Philip Richard Bio. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10:45 a.m. in Little Sisters of the Poor Chapel, 964 Main Street in Pawtucket. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Sunday 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston.
