Stephen B. Gatta

66, of North Scituate, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023.  He was the loving husband of Karolin (Ajce) Gatta for 31 years.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late John and Helen (Garvey) Gatta.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Stephanie Amato and her husband Seth, Natalie Gatta, Melanie Gatta, and stepson Christopher Pezza. He was also a proud grandfather to Averie Amato.

Stephen was a hard-working physical therapist who dedicated his life to helping others. In addition to his work as a physical therapist, Stephen was a passionate animal lover, and sports fan.

Stephen will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He will be remembered for his dedication to his family and his commitment to helping others.

VISITING HOURS will be held on Saturday, September 16th from 10 – 12 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.  Burial will be private.
