STEVEN A. COOKE

67, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 25, 2013, at Eleanor Slater Hospital, Cranston. He was the beloved husband of forty-three years to Donna M. (Gill) Cooke. Born in Cumberland, he was the son of the late George E. and Blanche (Aldred) Cooke. Steve was a machinist for thirty years for Raytheon Corporation before retiring in 2010. He was a graduate of the University of Mississippi, class of 1971. Steve was an avid sports enthusiast, enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his family. Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children, Bradley J. Cooke , and Amanda C. Tarantelli and her husband Raymond, all of Cranston. He was the devoted brother of Gail A. Shorten of Chapachet. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Burial will be private.
