Steven (Rafael) Hernandez

of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family.  He was the beloved husband of Cesarina Hernandez.  Born in the Dominican Republic, Steven was a son of the late Osvaldo and Emma Hernandez.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his two daughters Maribel Hernandez Drost of MD and Stephanie Lopez of Cranston.  Steven was the cherished grandfather of Sarai Isabela and Michael Gabriel.  He was the dear brother of Doris, Melania, Clara, Carmen and Pedro. He was a father figure to his nieces and nephews, and a dear friend to many.

His funeral service will take place in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday evening from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

62 años, de Cranston, falleció el sábado, 4 de marzo de 2017 en casa rodeado de su amorosa familia. Era el amado esposo de Cesarina Hernández. Nacido en la República Dominicana, Steven era hijo de Osvaldo y Emma Hernández.

Además de su esposa, le sobreviven sus dos hijas Maribel Hernández Drost de MD y Stephanie López de Cranston. Steven era el querido abuelo de Sarai Isabela y Michael Gabriel. Era el querido hermano de Doris, Melania, Clara, Carmen y Pedro. El era una figura paterna para sus sobrinos y sobrinas, y un querido amigo de muchos.

Su servicio funerario tendrá lugar en el NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston el jueves por la noche de 5:30 a 7:30 p.m.
