Steven D. L'Europa

79, of Coventry, passed away at his home on Monday, September 14, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Cheryl (Blanchard) L’Europa, with whom he shared fifty-two years of marriage. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Rocco and Josephine (Priete) L’Europa.

Steven spent most of his working life in advertising and sales before retiring. His creative passion was watercolor painting, and he found great joy in sharing his artwork with family and friends. He was an animated storyteller, bringing warmth and humor to those around him. In his younger years he enjoyed golf, fishing, and skiing. Devoted to his family, Steven was a man of genuine character—known for his integrity, honor, and faith.

Besides his wife Cheryl, he is survived by his loving children, Chris L’Europa of Smithfield and Julie L’Europa, DNP, of Coventry; and by his cherished grandchildren, Samantha Dick, Brennan L’Europa, and Joshua Dick. He was the brother of Ronald L’Europa, MD, and his wife Susan L’Europa, RNP, of Little Compton, and Gary L’Europa, MD, and his wife Ellen Hight L’Europa, MD, of Riverside and nieces and nephews
