Steven Neil Payne

of Yeoman Ave., Cranston, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 4, 2021.  He was the beloved husband of Doreen A. (Goodness) Payne.  Born in Providence, he was the devoted son of Cornelius R. “Neil” Payne of Cranston and the late Marie R. (Cece) Payne; cherished father of Jordyn N. Payne and Nicole A. Brunhuber, both of Cranston; and dear brother of Michelle M. Pike and her husband Brian of Warwick.

Steven was a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry and was a U.S. Navy veteran.  He was an avid Patriots fan and a Van Halen enthusiast, but most of all, a devoted husband and loving father.

VISITING HOURS are Wednesday, December 8th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Burial will be private.
