Tagui (Gevorkian) Gevorkian
of Rounds Ave., Providence, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Grigor Gevorkian. Born in Damascus, Syria, she was the daughter of the late Illias and Vartouhi Gevorkian.
Mrs. Gevorkian was the devoted mother of Hovaness "John" Gevorkian, Alice Arslanian and Angela Kozinian , all of Cranston and Makruhi Gevorkian of North Providence; dear sister of Mari Tserounian of Glendale, CA; loving grandmother of six; and loving great-grandmother of four.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Tuesday, July 8th at 11 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, Providence, followed by burial at North Burial Ground, Providence. VISITING HOURS are Monday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Church, 70 Jefferson St., Providence, RI 02908.
